In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Telcor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, Telcor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Telcor shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not offer price protection. From time to time, we do offer specials or certain products and/or quantities. These “Specials” can be available on a day to day basis and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Limitation Policy:
Given the popularity of some products, Telcor may at times have to restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. If the item(s) is being purchased on an "open order" basis or on a line of credit, quantities may be limited to the value of the credit line. Further limitations may exist as a result of a manufacture's supply availability or backorder situation. If you have ordered more than this quantity, we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. To check availability of an item, please call our business office or contact us via our contact form.
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. If payment has been made for a product that is not available for shipment, payment will be refunded per our refund policy. This does not apply to prepayment or down payments associated with special orders.

Items ordered through our "Shopping Cart" before this time, will be processed for shipment on the same day. Orders placed later will ship the next business day. If orders cannot be shipped in accordance with these policies, every effort will be made to inform the customer of the situation.
Orders placed anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in stock will ship on the next business day. Please note that our warehouse does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays.
The same policy will apply to items ordered through our order desk with a credit card, on a Cash on Delivery basis or when an open account has been established. When customers request that an open account be established for their order, shipment may be delayed until credit can be approved. See Credit Approval.

Credit approval may take anywhere from several minutes to several hours to process after you place your order. Credit Requests for small orders under $300 may incur a $10 processing fee.
We only accept international orders when payment is made through our shopping cart within the terms and conditions of our credit card clearing house. We do not accept open credit lines for international shipments. Payments may be made prior to shipping via a Wire Transfer. Please contact Customer Service for details. If you must cancel an order for any reason, please call our Customer Service Center or email us for assistance. A Telcor Customer Service Specialist will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not shipped, we can usually cancel the order for you.
If we have not been able to cancel the order, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees, including credit card processing fees, and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Telcor. We suggest that you use a return shipment method that issues tracking numbers and insurance, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Department.
Please note that if the box is opened or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods. If the item is returned in a condition other than a resalable condition, a refund may not be granted. Please refer to the returns policy for further information.

To be clear, the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), which was signed into law on October 21, 1998, does not, as some have asserted, preclude sales and use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the Internet. State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and use taxes on all such electronic sales, provided that the tax (and its rate) are the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions if they were conducted in a more traditional manner, such as over the phone or through mail order.
Currently, most e-commerce companies use the same taxation rules used by mail-order companies, which are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. Generally this means that states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations, and as a result, a company will not collect sales tax in states where they have no business operations. At this time, Telcor only has business operations in New Hampshire.
Telcor is not responsible for the collection of, or payment of, any additional taxes or fees that may be due at the point of delivery.
